Hans Headed to Las Vegas for the Legends Car Nationals October 29, 2011 Andrea Hans went to the fast 3/8 mile Bull Ring at Las Vegas speedway for the Legends Car Nationals. Hans Invited to the BCA Show at the Coliseum September 27, 2011 The Building Contractors Association has invited Andrea Hans Racing to make a paid appearance at their show this Wednesday and Thursday at the Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne. They have graciously supplied Andrea two spots for her car, signing table, and souvenirs. The Show goes from 11am to 8pm on Wednesday and 10am to 6pm on Thursday. Hans Takes Another Top 5 at Illiana August 27, 2011 Andrea Hans headed back to the fast quarter mile track at Illiana Speedway. She went out for her 1st practice running 2nd fastest on the track right behind current points leader Alex Arelano. She backed it up again the 2nd practice running 2nd quickest right behind driver Paul Shafer. Hans dropped .1 sec during qualifying which put her in the 4th spot. Hans Appears at Lassus Handy Dandy Grand Opening August 5, 2011 Andrea Hans was invited by Greg Lassus to make an appearance at their grand opening of their Lima road and Dupont location. It was an excellent success with over 40 of Andrea Hans Racing fans showing up for the occasion. We also gained a few new fans including a few young fans which Andrea loves to see. Hans Has Electrical Problems but Still Does Well July 30, 2011 Andrea Hans headed back to Illiana Motor Speedway after winning there 2 weeks earlier at the fast ¼ mile track. Hans went out for her 1st practice running 2nd quickest in the 11 car field. Hans went out for qualifying running .3 slower than practice. Hans Wins Semi Pro Division at National Qualifier July 2, 2011 Andrea Hans headed to Angola Motor Speedway after a 4th place finish at Illiana the previous week at the fast ¼ mile track. At Angola instead of qualifying the Michigan Legends group had a draw for the heat race positions where she started last in her 8 lap race. She ended up in 4th at the checked flag. Hans has Another Strong Finish at Illiana June 25, 2011 Andrea Hans headed back to Illiana after a 2nd place finish from the previous week at the fast ¼ mile track. Hans has a Strong Finish at Illiana June 18, 2011 Andrea Hans headed back to Illiana after a heat win and a 11th to 7th place run from the previous week at the fast ¼ mile track. She qualified 7th in the 12 car field afterward stating that the car was handling really loose in the middle of the corner. Some adjustments were made on the car and she started last in the 2nd heat race. She ended up finishing 5th in her heat and dropped her time two tenths from her qualifying time. Hans Shows Her Determination at the Speedrome May 28, 2011 After the big crash at Anderson which required the frame to be sent to North Carolina and repaired by Kyle Beattie Racing, the Hans team got the frame back to start the reconstruction. Between vacations, business trips, and Andrea's college, the team struggled to get the car ready before the National Qualifier at the Indianapolis Speedrome. Another Top 5 Finish for Hans in Anderson August 28, 2010 Andrea Hans proved to all in attendance at Anderson Motor Speedway that perseverance and trusting your abilities can lead to great things. Andrea Hans Outperforms all Semi-Pros, Finishes Just Behind Pro Leaders August 8, 2010 Andrea Hans came away from Anderson Speedway Saturday night with one of her best finishes at the “The World's Fastest High-Banked Quarter Mile Oval.” The 18-year old Churubusco, Ind. Andrea Hans Overcomes Adversity to Achieve Solid Back to Back Finishes at Speedrome June 4, 2010 Team Full Throttle (TFT) development driver, Andrea Hans, raced her No. 11 Legends car to two solid back-to-back finishes on Friday and Saturday, May 28 and 29 at Speedrome (IN).
